These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services, programs, digital products, and content provided by EDB Academy, LLC (hereafter "EDB Academy," "we," "us," or "our").

​By accessing or purchasing any product, course, service, or membership from EDB Academy, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all current and future offerings from EDB Academy, including but not limited to:

  • Land Your First Deal
  • Dirt to Diamond
  • Elijah’s Step-by-Step Team Playbook for Landing Your First Deal
  • The EDB Challenge
  • Discord Community (via LaunchPass)
  • 1:1 Mentorship
  • Webinars (live and recorded)
  • Prepkit
  • Seller Leads Access
  • Preferred Software(s)
  • Affiliate Program
  • Freebie: 7-Day Email Sequence

2. No Refund Policy

By purchasing any product, course, or mentorship session through our platforms, you acknowledge and agree to our strict no-refund policy:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by EDB Academy.
  • For self-paced courses like Land Your First Deal or Dirt to Diamond, no refund is offered unless you can prove:
  • You completed 100% of the course content, and
  • You implemented the teachings, and
  • This is solely at our discretion and subject to verification.
    It did not yield any results, with evidence provided.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
  • 1:1 Mentorship
  • The EDB Challenge
  • Discord Community Access
  • Digital downloads
  • Webinars (live or replay)
  • Chargebacks are considered fraudulent. If you submit a chargeback, we will provide evidence of:
  • Access logs
  • Completion records
  • Communications
  • Agreement to these Terms during checkout
    Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent claims.

3. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed through:

  • Stripe
  • Maverick Payments
  • EasyPay

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed price. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or removal from services.

4. Communication & Support

We utilize ClickFunnels and Manychat for support and automation. All communication may be stored and used to improve user experience. You agree to receive email updates unless you opt out.

5. Community Access

Discord community membership is granted through LaunchPass and is non-transferable. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior in the community will result in removal with no refund.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee results. Any financial success mentioned is anecdotal and not a promise or guarantee. Your outcomes depend on your actions, skills, and implementation.

​We are not responsible for your interpretation or application of our strategies.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

Your data is stored securely via:

  • ClickFunnels
  • Stripe
  • LaunchPass
  • Manychat
